Please join for lunch, NYE 2025! TACOS!!!!

In keeping with tradition, the team at Public is delighted to share that for NYE, we'll be open for lunch and, this year, we'll be joined in the kitchen by none other than Claudia Giardino who'll be firing up the tortilla press and making tacos!

Fresh off her time at North Carlton fave Brico, Claudia also boasts time at Potts Point institution Fratelli Paradiso and Flinders Lane grande dame Cumulus Inc., in addition to having cooked in Mexico.

On NYE 2025, Claudia will be serving an a-la-carte menu of Mexican classics, as bright and delicious as the December sun.

If shrimp cocktails, ceviche tostadas, Al Pastor and esquites sound like your cup of tea, we'll see you on NYE for lunch!!
