PUBLIC WELCOMES AARON TURNER

Please join us for lunch on Sunday the 13th of September 2026 as Aaron Turner joins us in the kitchen at Public.

One of the most celebrated Australian chefs of his generation, Aaron Turner has, over two decades, played a key role in shaping how we eat and drink in Victoria.

From his iconic, trail blazing, fine diner Igni, Drysdale's much loved Loam and other highlights like Songbird, Tacos y Licor and The Hot Chicken project, Aaron's list of industry defining achievments are recognised Australia wide.

On Sunday the 13/9, Aaron will be cooking a 4 course set menu at Public showcasing dishes from his incredibly exciting new project The Snake Pit.

This will be an amazing opportunity to taste food from one of the great culinary minds of Australia and the menu will be simply exquisite with wine.

Lunch will be $95 for food and bookings are available from 1pm.
