A classic Ostal Levant cuvée of destemmed malbec from their Le Tour site – planted in 1980. Very fine, silky tannins, light body and notes of earth, stone, and savoury fruit combine for a very subdued but serious wine.

I think, what Ostal Levant does as well as anyone is create correct wines of meaningful quality and clarity that are also very accessible to almost anyone. Fioretti exemplifies the apparent quality of not just the grapes but their handling and treatment.
