This is deep and mineral, medium bodied red wine from the incredibly stunning and steep slopes of the Sausal Mountain in the far south of Austria.
This farmed by two of the most learned and forward thinking exponents of biodynamics we know of.
We often say that Eva and Karl’s wines are extraordinarily soulful - they really have a sense of presence and deep tranquility that is difficult to express. We love these wines very much!!
Serve just below room temp - around 18-19C is nice and enjoy with a plate of delicious food.
