This is a very unique bottling. From wild vines (Vitis Sylvestris) that sprang from seed spontaneously and began growing up the trunks of trees by the river at Karine and Cyril Alonso’s little corner of paradise in western Beaujolais, this cuvee is an example of something that scarcely exists now.
The structure and style of fruit in the wine is something unlike anything we’ve ever tasted with aroma soaring out of the glass and the structure being taut and lightly sappy.
