While Francois Blanchard is best known for his breathtaking wines, every year we eagerly await the release of his beer, which he makes in small quantities with ingredients purchased from Germany.
A generous but very refreshing spontaneous fermented ale, this is full of delicious estery fruit, supporting lactic acidity, pithy bitterness and gently sweet malt character. It’s an excellent proposition for the park, ideally served alongside some washed rind cheese.
