Wow – this is delicious red wine. This is fleshy, ripe and relatively dark fruited.
José ran this to bottle with plenty of CO2 which gives the wine lots of extra energy. For me, this is best served from the fridge and served almost in the same way you’d serve a Lambrusco. Like all the wines, this is very long on the palate – the delicious fruit being happily complemented by delicious stalks on the back palate. Great fun.
