Stunning, round and delicious white wine from one of our favourite producers Catherine Dumora.
Catherine’s vineyard rests on an exposed slope near the village of Bansat in the Auvergne and her approach to farming is as maternal as any we’ve seen.
2020 was a stunning year for Catherine - the wines are fresh, yet with great concentration.
Very, very few bottles of this came to Australia.
Serve as a cool weather aperitif - delicious this!
