Érigeron is a blend of syrah and grenache made by Olivier Prunières in the abundant warmth of the Languedoc. Full-bodied, rustic, unbridled and now a decade old, the fruit has moved into a deliciously tertiary, slightly leathery phase of its development, tannins have harmonised, and the minerality from both soil and skins is starting to really sing.
A great match for barbecued meats and vegetables.
