The San Juan Islands are a remarkable archipelago outside of Seattle, Washington, though they are known for natural beauty they aren’t yet known for their terroir or wine making. This cuvée is a beautiful expression of what the islands have to offer. 

Wild blackberries foraged from San Juan Island macerated in apple juice come together to represent the place perfectly. Long stretches of mouth watering acidity and luscious fruit are balanced by complex touches of bitterness and earthen minerality. Beautiful picnic wine.
