Description
Vin de Pomme is the same fruit as the Siider Trocken but this selection remains still and is given another year of élevage in barrel.
This is a particularly elegant expression, with supple texture and delicacy of fruit. A little like the Bohnapfel cuvée, this has structure not unlike Chenin Blanc or White Burgundy.
The main varieties are:
Apple: Sauergrauech, Glockenapfel, Boskoop, Bohnapfel, Champagner Reinette, Spartan, Berner Rosenapfel,
Pear: Ottenbacher, Schweizer Wasserbirne, Gelbmöstler
