Description:
A blend of grenache blanc and grenache gris, grown by Bruno on his steep rocky parcels in Banyuls-sur-Mer, mixed with a little xarel-lo grown across the border in Penedes, this is waxy and round in texture with a deliciously saline and savoury style of fruit.
Bruno is originally from the Loire Valley where his family had a thriving business selling farm machinery. He then became a distributor of wild mushrooms in the Loire and Burgundy before learning how to make wine while working for Frederic Cossard of Domaine Chassorney in Saint Romain.
