Given just 5 days of semi-carbonic maceration prior to being pressed, it's silken, fresh and unbelievably pleasing to the palate.
Already a conservation project of international significance, the promotion of these wholly important hybrid varieties takes this fascinating domaine even further in the direction of progressive agriculture.
