Description
One of the few domaines in this Atlantic side of the Loire making organic wines without additives, Domaine Tourlaudière is currently helmed by Romain Petiteau, whose family have been farming the vineyards here in Vallet since the 17th century.
This is 100% melon blanc which was direct-pressed and later saw 15 months on lees prior to bottling. A classical example of the Muscadet sur lie appellation and style, it is crisp and mineral, with wet stone aromatics, restrained fruit, and both texture and yeasty aromatics from the extended time on lees.
Recommended for lovers of Chablis!
