Description:
Lightly macerated semillon from the cool clime of Henty, this is light-to-medium bodied, bright and gently phenolic, with very varietal grassy and floral aromatics and honeyed citrus on the palate.
John Nagorcka is the fourth generation of his family to farm this property, with the family having migrated here from Germany in the mid-19th century. Starting with livestock, vegetables and cereal crops before adding 25 acres of vineyards in the 1990s, the family has always farmed in accordance with biodynamic principles and today are Demeter-certified.
These wines are always brimming with concentrated, flavourful fruit, and are very precisely made.
