Description:
From a site in Clarendon planted over grey sand on ironstone, dry-grown and organically farmed by Fiona Wood, this was fermented in skins for three weeks before being pressed off to French oak.
Aromatic with varietal roses and jasmine and delicious melon fruit, with some lovely phenolic texture coaxed from the maceration which lends talcy structure to an otherwise fruity and hedonistic variety. Brilliant.
