Description
Glossy, supple and medium-bodied red wine grown on pure limestone from Catalunya superstar Jordi Llorens, this has wonderfully dark and ripe fruit which sings very much of cabernet sauvignon, and has been vinified in a totally precise and correct way.
The climate here is very warm and dry, giving naturally generous and palate-staining red wines, while the high limestone content of the soils gives the wines restraint, digestibility and levity on the palate — a style we have come to absolutely adore, and of which this wine is a perfect example.
A stroke of brilliance which we would recommend to any customer.
