Vibrant and classical Alsatian white from a domaine which has been farming organically and making wines in this area since the 1850s. This blend comes from a few different organic sites farmed by partner growers and is a delicious and satisfying distillation of everything we love about this region — there’s crunch and drive from the silvaner and riesling while the pinot gris and gewurz bring roundness, richness and lovely floral hues. Brilliant.
