Description:
La Petite Empreinte is the project of Romain de Moor (son of Alice and Olivier) and his partner Mélissa Bazin. Their tiny estate, primarily planted to pinot noir, is situated in the commune of Vincelottes, near Chablis. In addition to working closely with Romain’s parents, the pair also boast experience working with producers such as Jean-Francois Ganevat, Domaine Labet, Domaine Lapierre and Gérald Oustric.
This rosé comes from an older plot of pinot noir planted in 1978 on limestone and clay, falling within the AOC of Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre — the same plot from which Romain and Mélissa’s Tapis Rouge cuvee is made.
