An exceptional bottling from the brilliant Valentin Morel in Poligny.
This saw 3 years in barrel (topped-up) followed by 1 year in bottle prior to release and today is layered and powerful with citrus flesh and pith, pastry and saline complexity.
Valentin took over from his father in 2014 after studying and practising law for a few years and then completing a degree in oenology in Alsace, where he developed his passion for organics and gained experience working with vignerons Pierre Frick and Bruno Scheuller.
