A collaborative white made by the teams at Limus in Mount Gambier and Scintilla in the Adelaide Hills — a direct-press blend which saw Kyatt contributing a single barrel of chardonnay to a similar-sized portion of savagnin raised in James’ shed in ceramic egg. The final wine is medium-weighted and relatively classical with savoury golden fruit and a kiss of coastal salinity.
