Precise aromatics of green and golden apples underscored by some lightly lactic notes. Medium-bodied, crisp and dry on the palate but with fullness of texture and very elegant effervescence lending movement and length. An incredibly pure, satisfying and versatile style which is neither racy nor rich, and rather good value too.
