Description:
Macerated pinot gris from 35-year-old vines growing over petrified schist at the Pooks Hill vineyard in Totness. The fruit was whole-bunch pressed and fermented in ceramics, with the addition of a small portion of gamay resulting in a blushing rose wine.
2024 has been an excellent year for Anton and the team, with cooler weather resulting in gorgeous fruit with perfect physiological ripeness and nice tension. We’re really loving this release!
