Tim and Mon create some of our favourite wines in the country every year. Their 25-acre property in the Forest Range is perched on an ancient ridge with an abundance of schist and mica and, as a result, their wines often have a captivating degree of depth and minerality which is quite unique for the region.
This is a 50/50 blend of pinot noir and pinot gris, which was fermented with a portion of whole bunches. It’s gently extracted, with various shades of white and red fruit supported by electric acidity and trademark minerality. We love this.
