Description:
Panduro is the project of Ibon Apezteguia, based on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Ibon purchased his vineyard in 2021, situated in the island’s southeast and comprised of well-established callet and mantonegro vines. Together with Cati Ribot, Sistemi Vinari and Jaumet, Ibon is part of an exciting community of winemakers farming in the area and sharing a communal winery facility which belongs to Cati.
Mianes is predominantly mantonegro grown on clay-limestone, which was macerated for a few days to create a rosé and then pressed to old oak for elevage.
Concentrated, mineral, fruity and abundant in garrigue spice and primary herbaceous character, this is brilliantly made and very, very distinctive in its varietal fruit expression. We love these!
