Description
Pool is the label of friends Tim, Ed, Al and Darcy, who makes wines on Dja Dja Wurrung country in Kyneton using fruit sourced from a number of different growers. They started the label in 2019 with some locally-sourced shiraz.
This is a young sangiovese, coming from the 2025 harvest at a site in Bridgewater, which has previously been released under the name Melon. Deliciously light, tart and playful in style, with lots of white cherry and some regional herbal character, this is very, very well suited to the warm days and nights ahead.
