3 litres of sheer Anjou elegance courtesy of the wonderful Sylvain Martinez — light-to-medium bodied, peppery, earthen and silken red wine grown on sand in St Georges des 7 Voies.
The bag-in-box mechanism keeps the wine fresh for weeks on end, making it a very handy thing to have in the fridge at home. Naturally, it’s also a great option for larger groups, all manner of parties, and music festivals and other events which don’t allow glass bottles. We absolutely love this format and are very excited to see it being utilised by more and more of our favourite producers.
