This comes from an organic site in Magpie Springs, Adelaide Hills. In the words of the winemakers: “skin-contact semillon, two weeks on skins, then aged in old French oak for two years. Tight and refined, with notes of quince, crème fraîche, lemon zest, and white flowers. It’s contemplative and long-limbed – a wine that unfolds slowly, reminding you that patience can taste like grace”.
