We’ve received a small and very exciting restock of Tom Shobbrook’s beautiful 2022 chardonnay!
From vines planted in 1986 in Vale Vale, this comes from free-run juice and was aged in barrel on lees for a good stretch. Medium-bodied and nicely rounded on the palate, with resolved texture, balanced acidity and lovely varietal flavours of white flowers, apples and lemon curd.
There’s not much of this left in the world, so get in quick!
