Description:
Chalky, mineral and seriously delicious macerated sauvignon blanc from the village of Monselice in Veneto, northeastern Italy.
Half of the grapes were de-stemmed by hand, with the remaining half fermented as whole bunches. Everything was macerated together for 36 hours before being pressed off to tank to finish fermentation and elevage.
Established in 2020, Vigna Flor is the project of Davide Boldrin and Francesca Gozzonspired, a couple with a background in both winemaking and restaurants who farm a tiny 2-hectare vineyard in the picturesque volcanic hills of Colli Euganei.
