Gamay d’Auvergne and hybrid varieties, from low-yielding old vines growing on the complex soils of Blanzat, vinified by the wonderful Catherine Dumora of L’egrappille and her then-partner Manu Deveau.
Delicate and fragrant, with a taut and gently sappy style of dark forest fruit carried along by a very small thread of dissolved CO2, this is tasting particularly good chilled.
